Youth Programs
Voices
The Voices program is designed for high school aged girls, providing a safe and supportive environment to explore recovery, personal growth, and wellness.
Through group sessions and engaging activities, participants build connections, develop resilience, and learn essential life skills.
The program encourages self-expression and empowerment, helping young women find their voice as they navigate challenges and celebrate successes together.
Currently, Voices is offered at Harbourview High School and Saint John High School.
School Presentations
Sophia Recovery Centre provides in-school presentations focused on substance use health for students, staff, and parent groups.
These sessions foster understanding, provide practical information, and encourage supportive dialogue within the school community.
By creating safe spaces for learning and discussion, Sophia Recovery Centre equips participants with tools to address substance use concerns, promote wellness, and build resilience among youth and their support networks.
